If we were to recommend one site with art outdoors to visit, our choice would be Pilane Heritage Museum and Sculpture Park, located outside of Gothenburg on the island of Tjörn. The raw nature meeting the contemporary artworks, often in large scale formats are really something special. This year, our artist Liva Isakson Lundin was invited to create a site specific art installation. She chose to work with coppar threads, creating the artwork Veins,which undoubtedly is inspired by the phenomena you find in our bodies. The outdoor park is open daily from May to September, and regardless of wheather, if you are nearby, plan a visit!
